Vendor Registration for the Liberty Hill Oktoberfest Festival. $25.00/10×10 spot. Please make sure that you fill out the registration form as much as possible with what you will be selling as we do not want duplicate vendors ie both selling exact same fake nails. We have lowered the price for the festival this year to help out the vendors. If you need more than a 10×10 space you must purchase two (2) slots. We wil have food trucks on site so no prepared on site food will be allowed, but prepackaged food items are fine ie hot sauce or dried fruits. This is a rain or shine event so unless we cancel the event there are NO refunds.
Rules for this vendor:
You may not sell any type of weapons due to our Alcohol license
We have food vendors on site, so we would prefer no one sells any types of food. specialty food items are ok, just nothing that is prepared on site for sale as we dont want to take money from the food trucks.
Crafts, Clothing, photography, animal products, health products and other service type vendors.
Space is 10x10, there is no electric available
You must be set up day of event by 12pm, Teardown can happen anytime after 5pm, Festival runs til 6pm but if you are allowed to start pickup at 5pm.
Please explain what type of items you sell so that we dont have multiple people selling the exact same items.
